Our formal feedback and complaints handling processes will ensure that we respond in a timely manner, keep your information private and not disrupt the quality of service we provide to you, your client or your client's family and friends.
Ways to provide feedback
In person
Please visit us at The Commons, 11 Wilson Street, South Yarra to provide feedback or make a complaint. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM.

Call the Nimbus Health team on 1300 NIMBUS (1300 646 287) weekdays (Monday to Friday) between the hours of 9AM to 5PM Australian Eastern Standard Time.
